Reg 2 – All classes in Preschool, Elementary, and High School (public and private) in Isabela, Cagayan, Quirino and Nueva Vizcaya are suspended, per Regional Director Benito Tumamao. Reg 4A – All classes in Preschool, Elementary, and High School (public and private) in the entire region, per Regional Director Lorna Dino. Reg 4B – All classes in Preschool, Elementary, and High School are suspended today in Occidental Mindoro due to flooding, per Regional Director Sinforosa Guinares.
