Manny Pacquiao believes his rival, Juan Manuel Marquez, may be playing mind games

Eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao believes his rival, Juan Manuel Marquez, may be playing mind games with him as the two fighters gear up for their trilogy bout on November 12 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. In his press conference after his “grand arrival” at the MGM Grand, Pacquiao believes Marquez is being respectful towards him for a reason. “Marquez is the smartest guy I have fought recently. He is a genius,” Pacquiao said in an interview with Yahoo! Sports’ Martin Rogers. “It is because he is trying to use my personality.” “He knows I am a nice person, so he thinks that if he is very nice and respectful to me before the fight, then I will go easy on him and will not knock him out,” he added. The Filipino fighting congressman, however, says he is aware of Marquez’s mind games. “It is very smart. But I am smarter than him because I know what he is trying to do,” he said. But Marquez denies that he has any ulterior motives. “Of course I respect him. He has fought some good fights and has good skills,” he said. That respect for Pacquiao, however, will not keep Marquez from going for the victory come fight night. “It is not going to stop me from beating him and he knows he has a fight on his hands,” he said.   watch Live Manny Pacquiao vs Juan Manuel Marquez III online Streaming
