Kris Aquino files temporary protection order vs James Yap

Kris Aquino files temporary protection order vs James Yap In a latest development, the Queen of All Media has recently filed a temporary protection order (TPO) against the PBA cager from the Makati Regional Trial Court. The TPO will be good for 30 days from its issuance, but Aquino wants the protection order to be made permanent. The grounds for the protection order was due to alleged Yap’s “overt sexual advances” which she resisted. Aquino said her former husband acted “as if he was still entitled to his matrimonial rights”, which their son, Bimby, has personally witnessed. According to reports, the petition said that Bimby has been upset of the incident and begged his mother to “tell him to go away”. The TPO orders Yap to keep a distance of at least 100 meters from the host-actress, their son Bimby and any household member. Aquino also wanted her former husband to stay away from any place frequented by her and her son, such as their home and Bimby’s school. The Aquino-Yap marriage was annulled last year, with the star cager getting millions of pesos after a settlement of several properties. The star cager said in a TV interview that the TPO came out as a shock for him. He denied the allegations filed by Aquino. He narrated that the incident referred in the TPO was actually a “biruan” between him and his former wife. “Nagulat talaga ako sa lumbas na balita. Wala talagang nangyari. Yap also said that he will continue his fight for his rights for his son.
