Commission on Audit (COA) has released its list of top-10 highest paid government executives in 2011. According to GMA News, COA’s report covered salaries and allowance of officials of government-owned and controlled corporations and their subsidiaries. COA also reviewed salaries and benefits of members of the Judiciary, Congress and Cabinet Secretaries and Undersecretaries, the report added.
