Azkals win vs Cambodia with 8-0 : 2014 AFC Challenge Cup Qualifiers

Philippine Azkals, is off to a good start when the team trounces its Cambodian opponent during their first face off at the 2014 AFC Challenge Cup Qualifiers round held Sunday, March 24, at the historic Rizal Memorial Stadium. The Azkals made an 8 to nothing goal despite the two 30-minute delay due to heavy rains. Paul Mulders was also booked with a red card, reducing the Azkals to 10 men. However, there’s no stopping the recharged Philippine Azkals as they scored successive goals. Phil Younghusband struck successive three goals during the first 35 minutes of the game.
